We realize dance as a mean of promoting and exposing emotions, where the body is led on a journey that route is the purpose. We emphasize the need for coexistence of people with movement as a common code of communication, which is not addressed to the "dancer", but rather to the one who dances.

We analyze three key elements necessary for human dancing: Strength - Technique - Personality.

THE NEW REFORM OF FIGHTING
The new form of fighting is to mix things up, all arts have their respective disciplines and the modern fighter can take pieces of all arts and put them together to make his/her own puzzle of disciplines and evolve from there. In general, the advantage of martial arts cross-training, is the increase of awareness and ability of the body and mind to adapt to various scenarios and possible situations. JKDs discipline is to use no way as a way and have no limitation as a limitation.

IDEAS ABOUT
Capoeiristas are teammates (trying to communicate) and not rivals so this is a reason why there is not so much contact, aggression. A challenge is, to be able to support this thinking despite adversity. The repeatability encountered both in music (toques), and the songs and movement (ginga) is typical of the ritual origins of Capoeira. Any personal skill can be a useful tool, and the fact that every one of us has different skills can be really nice. One more capoeirista is the least you need in order to play.

IN RELATION TO THE ORDINARY BODY MOVEMENT
When we begin practicing we learn the basic position. Our hands must be lifted in front of us naturally. All of us are tight or our shoulders are very tense or we are found in an unnatural condition which makes us feel uncomfortable. Our body has lost and forgotten the simplicity of movements as years pass by and everything seems complicated. In Aikido we try to make simple and natural movements and we help our body remember its original and proper behavior.
